    I appreciate so much the Eat and Be Lean information. I also was anorexic for ten years.

    It has been a struggle for me everyday since; feeling guilty because I eat; feeling 450 lbs when I am 100 lbs; counting calories and stressing. My sanity has been exercising. If I exercise I keep everything in better control. Since I received the Eat & Be Lean program at the referral of Della Mae I am free of most anxieties. I have absolute confidence that I will overcome all anxieties as I learn and incorporate it in my life. Having the menu plans as well as the recipes when starting new eating habits has been so appreciated. Thank you again. I will pass it on to any one and everyone I can.

    In general I feel good. Zero aches, pains or issues and much to be grateful for from a health and wellness perspective every day.My mood is good, although I have been stretched by ministering to and care-giving for my ailing, very stubborn 94 year old Uncle. May was really difficult and so last weekend I elected to walk away. I completely need to be in an environment where I am celebrated – not tolerated and my energy zapped by basement people. Since the only person I can control is myself- I exited. From an enterprise perspective, I am totally engaged – doing a variety of things- which fits my multifaceted being:1:1 coaching, small groups, sharing the power of the VoIP office with others, learning more regarding the internet marketing and e-commerce and totally excited about JOINT adventuring. My burning desire is to find 70 passionate partners to collaborate with on umpteen varied projects and in so doing significantly impact the world. My daily mandate is to celebrate ME and bring light to, & sow seeds into the lives of those I encounter on my travels. This is an abundant life: with open eyes & arms we receive it!

    I am a 52 year old male. My beginning weight was 290 lbs. and I was unhappy with myself. I had tried many of the “popular” fad diets.

    My energy levels were very low and I was in an emotional funk. I just wanted to say thank-you for helping one of the world’s worst dieters understand that it wasn’t me it was the diets! Your easy to listen to style kept me company during my one hour drives to and from work. I learned so much about why my previous attempts to loose weight either failed miserably or were short lived at best. I find my new “lifestyle” (no more dieting for me) is really easy to live with I’m never famished; the recipes you offer provide a lot of variety so I don’t get bored with the foods. I still need to work on getting more regular exercise but at least now I have the energy to do it. And I’m happy to say that after a little over 2 months I am down to 265lbs. I still have a long way to go, but at least I’m finally enjoying the journey. Thank you for all your support. You have my heartfelt gratitude.

    I’ve lost 33 lbs and dropped from a size 24 to a 20 so far!

    I fell off the wagon for a few months, but I only gained 10 lbs back; which came off in about 2 weeks. I really need the support of a group. Any suggestions would be helpful. I would love to join an online group if there is one set up.

    I KNOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS!

    I am feeling so much better! My life is SO nuts that it’s hard to do all of the things that I know I should be doing.

    I have been faithful on my exercise and have only missed very few days since the beginning of classes. Because of lung and knee problems, I have mostly done water exercises. However, I have just started adding the stationary bike and this helps me reach my target heart rate even more.

    I have had to try and remember to eat. I found that once I began to eat, my hunger started showing up again and now I am eating more with no weight again. Now, if I skip a meal, I can really feel it.

    This is a program that I will continue to do. I have found that I want to change and get organized. I have a feeling of wanting to continue to improve.

    This course has been invaluable to me.

    It is so exciting to know that there is a way to be lean and youthful without dieting. Excess weight has always been a problem and a stressor for me. It is so great to have these new tools and to know the true way to lose fat, build energy and reverse aging.

    In the 9 weeks I’ve been doing this program, I have felt more energetic and positive than I have in years. I am looking forward to living this program for the rest of my life and receiving the improvements to my body that will come from it.

    Overweight and Highly Resistant to Weight Loss

    3 years ago, at 180 pounds with my health falling apart, I decided I wanted to feel healthy, strong and lean again like when I was in college. I’ve been exercising religiously and eating pretty healthy for 3 years trying to get my body in shape and my weight down. I just couldn’t do any better than get down to 160 pounds in that whole time. I’ve been stuck at 160 to 165 pounds no matter how much I exercised or how healthy OR BAD I ate. I had nagging health problems that I couldn’t seem to rid myself of, too. Finally I went back to my old EAT & Be Lean book and when I read the part about Candid (Yeast Overgrowth) I decided to give it a try. I’d done everything else the book said to do and had nothing to lose, but the fat! I don’t like to use medications so I followed a simple yeast control diet plan recommended by EAT & Be Lean and used some natural yeast fighting products. I dropped 8 pounds and 8″ in 10 days. I was shocked, thrilled, and I’m here to thank EAT & Be Lean for their help and insight in dealing with the hidden negative stress that I hadn’t even considered.

    Anorexic and Bulimic

    I feel like this is something I can do and it will not only benefit me, but also my family.

    I have felt an increase in energy after the first week. I no longer need that afternoon nap, where as before when I would exercise, I would end up feeling exhausted by mid-afternoon. The increased energy is worth every bit of effort and the positive thinking helped me feel good about how I looked.

    Recommends EAT & Be Lean to Patients

    I have been fascinated by the approach to body fat reduction by the Eat and Be Lean program. I have used it personally and have been very pleased with its effects. I lost about 10 pounds and 4″ around my waist in a two month period eating to full satisfaction the entire time.

    I recommend this program to all of my patients with weight problems and am convinced that it is a valid approach.
